Who we are

Alpha Setters runs a coaching programme that trains sales setters. This policy covers the Alpha Setters mobile app and coaching dashboard. Questions or requests: admin@alphasetters.com.

What we collect

GIF search is provided by Tenor - your search words go to Tenor to fetch results. We collect nothing else. There are no advertising or analytics trackers in the app.

How we use it

Only to run the programme: showing your progress to you and the coaching team, coaching you, organising calls and meetups, operating the opportunities board, and moderating reported content. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.

Who can see it

The coaching team sees your programme records, your private coaches channel and community chat. Other members see the community messages, opportunity posts and call recordings shared with the whole group - never your private coaches channel. Data is stored with Supabase (a managed database provider); calls run through LiveKit; contracts are processed by esignatures.com. Everything is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. This permanently removes your login, name, email, photo, Discord username and notification tokens. Anonymised completion timestamps (with no personal details attached) are kept as evidence for the programme's guarantee terms, and signed contracts are retained as legal records of the agreement.

When a membership ends

If your membership is ended or your account is deactivated by us, your account can no longer be used to sign in, but we retain your membership records - including your profile details, programme activity and progress records, messages with the coaching team, and contract and payment records - for up to six years after the membership ends. We keep these records to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (for example payment or guarantee disputes) and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, relying on legitimate interests and legal obligation as the lawful bases. After that period the records are deleted or anonymised. Your rights below, including the right to request deletion, continue to apply; where records are needed for an ongoing or potential dispute we may retain them until the matter is resolved.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it - email admin@alphasetters.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

The programme is intended for adults. If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
