The service

The Alpha Setters app supports students of the Alpha Setters coaching programme: daily objectives, course lessons, community chat, live group video calls (some recorded), meetups and an opportunities board. Accounts are approved by the coaching team, and joining may require signing a membership agreement (delivered via esignatures.com). Enrolment in the programme is arranged outside the app - nothing is sold inside it.

Community rules - zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour anywhere in the app - chat messages, voice notes, photos, GIFs, opportunity posts, live calls and anything else you submit. That means no harassment, threats, hate or discrimination, sexual content, spam, scams, misleading job offers, or anything illegal.

Every post and chat message can be reported in one tap, and you can block any member so you never see their content. The coaching team reviews reports within 24 hours, removes content that breaks these rules, and will suspend or permanently remove the accounts of members who post it.

The opportunities board

Opportunities are posted by members and are not vetted or guaranteed by Alpha Setters. Do your own checks before entering any arrangement - Alpha Setters is not a party to, and is not responsible for, agreements you make with other members.

Your content

You own what you post and are responsible for it. By posting you give Alpha Setters permission to display it in the app and remove it where these terms require.

Calls and recordings

Some group calls are recorded so members can watch them back - a notice is always shown in the call while recording is on, and by staying in a recorded call you consent to being recorded. Recordings are shared only inside the programme; don't download, copy or share them elsewhere.

Programme content

Courses, lessons and objectives are Alpha Setters' property, provided for your personal use during the programme. Don't copy, share or resell them.

Your account

Keep your login details safe and the details on your account accurate. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The app is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Alpha Setters is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If they change materially, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Questions: admin@alphasetters.com.
